2. These terms

These terms apply to every order placed on this website. Please read them before ordering. By placing an order you agree to them. If you are buying as a consumer, you have legal rights that these terms do not affect.

3. Your order and our contract

• After you order, we send an email acknowledging your order. The contract is formed when we send the dispatch confirmation.
• We may refuse or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, there is a pricing error, or we suspect fraud. If this happens, we refund you in full.
• Products are for the UK, Isle of Man and Channel Islands only.

4. Prices and payment

• Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT at the current rate. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
• If we make an obvious pricing error, we will contact you and you may cancel for a full refund.
• Payment is taken at the time of order by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal.

5. Delivery

Delivery options, prices and times are set out on our Delivery Information page. Delivery times are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Your right to cancel

You may cancel within 14 days of delivery as explained in our Returns & Refund Policy. Sealed cosmetic products cannot be returned once opened for health and hygiene reasons.

7. Faulty goods

Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If they are not, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8. Using our products safely

Read the label and instructions before use. Gel and UV products can cause allergic reactions if they touch the skin or are not fully cured. Products marked "for professional use only" are sold for use by trained professionals. Stop using any product that causes irritation and seek medical advice.

9. Trade (salon) accounts

Trade accounts are for businesses only. We may ask for proof of trade. The consumer cancellation right in section 6 does not apply to business purchases.

10. Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. For business customers, our total liability is limited to the price of the order.

11. Reviews

Reviews on this website are from verified customers. We do not pay for, write or edit reviews, and we publish both positive and negative reviews that follow our review guidelines.
