All orders are shipped from our UK warehouse with tracking.

Dispatch: orders placed before 1 pm Monday–Friday (excluding UK bank holidays) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1 pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.
Remote areas: Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight and Isles of Scilly: Standard delivery £6.99 (free over £60), 3–5 working days. Express is not available.
Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey: Standard delivery £6.99, 3–5 working days. Orders to Jersey and Guernsey are sold without UK VAT; local import charges may apply.
Tracking: you will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
Flammable items: some products (such as nail polish remover, perfume and monomer liquid) can only be sent by road and are not available for Express delivery.
Missing parcel? If your parcel hasn't arrived 5 working days after the expected date, contact support@[UK DOMAIN] and we will investigate with the courier.
